If you are having problems checking out, try the following:

1) Make sure the billing address matches the exact address on your credit card statement.

2) Change the shipping address to the same as the billing address.

3) Make sure both the boxes for having "read the refund policy" and the "over age 18" boxes are checked before proceeding to the next page where you will be entering the credit card info.

4) Make sure you have entered the proper address in both the bill to and ship to boxes. Sometimes these boxes show up empty for no apparent reason.
