The garter is given as a gift to the prom girl's date in exchange for his bowtie symbolizing a remembrance of their prom date together.

Under most circumstances, we ship our dresses through UPS.  The same day your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you the UPS tracking number. This way you can track your merchandise every step of the way until it reaches its destination. If for some reason we do not have your dress in stock or cannot get it by your wear date, we will notify you immediately and there will be no charge to your credit card.
