Choosing correct size. If you need help choosing your size, click on our size chart then scroll down to the European conversion chart directly below our size chart.

Trouble processing your card? If you are having trouble processing your credit card order it may be due to the fact that many UK banks do not have an AVS system for their credit cards in place (Address Verification system). If your issuing card bank does not have an AVS system in place, your card will be rejected in our system. You will then need to pay via www.PayPal.com. Click here on how to process a PayPal order.

How long does it take? If we have the dress in stock (which is normally the situation). We send most orders via www.USPS.com which takes 10 to 14 days. You can pay an extra $60 ($120 total) to have the dress delivered to you within 3 days. If we do not have your dress in stock, we notify you within 24 hours via e-mail.

For credit card orders that have AVS system in place, take the following steps when processing your order::
1) Enter all items wanted (use the pull down boxes for accessory items) and click purchase at the lower left hand side of your screen.
2) Enter in your billing information, Please note, the address much match the address where your credit card statement is sent. Leave State as is and enter in your City, Zip code, and country. You need to enter your Province in the Province box or the order will not go thru.
Make sure to check both of the boxes at the bottom of the page stating that you have read our return policy and are over 18 years of age.
3) Click Checkout.
4) Verify your address and type in how you heard about us. Click checkout.
5) Enter in your credit card information and 3 digit card code on a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card (4 digits on the American Express card).
6) You will need to re-enter in your province in the billing information AND the shipping information again as it sometimes disappears when you reach the credit card screen.
