Let's face it, few
of us are the perfect model size, that means alterations which may be
time consuming are a necessary part of purchasing any dress if you want
it to look perfect on you.
Please view
our alteration
tips page for our tailoring input. We are based out of Minnesota
where there is no sales tax on clothing. Shipping Delays: After your order is sent, you should receive a tracking number to the e-mail address you provided. If you are concerned about the shipping status of your items, please call and we will forward you the tracking number from the chosen shipping company. We use FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. You can then call their company direct or go to their website and enter in your tracking number to view your packages status. Once we give the package to the shipper (such as UPS, FedEx,or the US Postal Service,etc.) we cannot be held responsible for your package or for shipping delays. If your package is damaged in anyway from shipping, please call us immediately and we will file a claim with the chosen shipper. We can then send you a replacement dress which we must bill you for. Once the damaged item is refunded from the shipper and the shipper picks up the damaged item from you, your payment on the first item will be refunded immediately. |

Undergarments: |
| By
law undergarments which include bra's, underwear, crinolines / petty coat's, etc.
are not returnable. The good news is our crinolines / petty coats are one size
fits most. |
Shoes: |
| Due to the specialty nature of our items all sales are final. We will however, exchange sizes within 7 days of your receipt of the package if we have another size in stock. You must e-mail Orders@PromDressShop.com for a return authorization number to place on the outside of the box. Boxes without return authorization numbers will not be accepted. Shoes returned for an exchange must be returned in the box they were sent in (box must be undamaged) and shoes must never have been worn. Customer pays return shipping plus $7. reship and restock fee. Specially dyed shoes are nonreturnable. |

| Cosmetics are not returnable nor exchangeable. If in the rare occasion an item is broken during shipping, we will exchange the item at no charge. Backorders and Delivery times: |

If we do not have the item you ordered in stock, it will be automatically
placed on backorder. If we cannot deliver your merchandise within seven
days of your occasion date, your order will not be processed, and you will be
notified within 2 days of placing the order. |
