Returns and exchanges for internet orders
We now offer a 5 day return and exchange policy for regular priced dresses. Sale dresses, special orders, and jewelry/accessories are final sales and are not returnable or exchangeable.
We offer 3 options
- You can exchange for a in stock dress for a 5% restocking fee. Special orders are 10% restocking fee and a final sale
- You can return your dress for a 1 year store credit minus a 10% restocking fee
- You can return your dress for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee
Return and exchange requirements
- You must request a return/exchange within 5 days of the delivery of your order (this includes weekends/holidays as we are here 7 days a week).
- The dress must be in the same condition as received with original tags attached.
- You can not request a return/exchange past the wear date given on the order even if it is within the 5 days.
- Your order is for a full priced dress that is not a special order.
- Original dress is shipped back within 3 business days from the time you are given RA# and before wear date on your order
- If you are exchanging a dress you must select a dress we have in stock within 7 days.
The fine print
All internet orders must be handled through internet customer service, not at our brick and mortar location. Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. Free shipping does not apply on exchanges or store credit. International customers are responsible for all shipping charges including duties and taxes both ways. If you are exchanging a dress you have 7 days to pick out a new dress that we have in stock or your order will turn into a store credit good for 1 year and subject to the 10% restocking fee instead of 5%. Remainder of balance on exchanges will turn into 1 year store credit. Store credits are non-transferable and can not be used on shipping charges. Dresses must be shipped back to us via FedEx or UPS only, post office returns will not be accepted. Anything sent back after 3 business days a RA is given or without an RA will not be accepted. Any items postmarked after wear date on your order will be rejected. The dress must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it with original tags attached. Any item that is not in the same condition or appears to have been worn, washed, altered, or changed in any way will not be refunded.
