We offer a *5 day return policy for eligible items. Items marked final sale are not returnable. Sale dresses, shoes, and accessories are final sales and are not returnable. *(Please Note: When ordering you will be asked for a "need date". If this date is before the 5 days than your RA must be requested before that date.)
We offer 2 return options
- You can return your dress for a full store credit.
- You can return your dress for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
- You must request a return within 5 days of the delivery of your order (this includes weekends/holidays as we are here 7 days a week).
- You can not request a return past the need date given on the order even if it is within the 5 days.
- Dresses must be shipped back to us via FedEx or UPS only, post office returns will not be accepted.
- The dress must be in the same condition as received with original tags attached.
- Items marked final sale are not returnable.
- Original dress must be shipped back within 3 business days (postmarked within 3 days) from the time you are given RA#. If your need date is sooner than 3 days then it must be postmarked before then.
The fine print
Refunds and Store credits will be issued the same day item is returned. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. International customers are responsible for duties and taxes. Dresses must be shipped back to us via FedEx or UPS only, post office returns will not be accepted. Anything postmarked after 3 business days a RA is given or without an RA will not be accepted. Any items postmarked after need date on your order will be rejected. The dress must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it with original tags attached. Any item that is not in the same condition or appears to have been worn, washed, altered, or changed in any way will not be refunded. Any returns on orders using promo codes will void promo code.
