We reserve the right to reject any web site if we determine, in our sole discretion
and following our review of your site, that your site is unsuitable for any reason,
including, but not limited to, inclusion of content that is in any way unlawful,
harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that promotes sexually
explicit materials, violence, or discrimination.
2.
You may not, at any time, use your affiliate program link in any unsolicited email
promotion. All email promotion activities must at all times fully comply with
all relevant US and international laws.
3.
Artificially producing such activity by the use of scripts, bots or other automated
methods shall invalidate this agreement and render the Affiliate ineligible to
receive any payments.
4. You and we are
independent contractors. Nothing in our association will create any partnership,
joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship
between the parties.
